Shipping & Returns

At the moment we only deliver within Germany, other countries only on request. Delivery in Germany is free for all orders over €100. Otherwise delivery in Germany is €5.80 and in Europe €19.00.

After your product has been dispatched, it usually takes 2 to 3 working days in Germany and 3 to 7 working days in Europe. If you have not received your products within this period, please contact us here team@germanfrollein.com.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please ensure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged. Please note that you bear the return costs yourself and choose insured shipping.
