TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Conclusion of contract
1.1 The presentation of our goods in the GERMAN FROLLEIN online shop is merely a non-binding invitation to you to order goods from us.

1.2 By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

1.3 We accept the offer by delivering the goods. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not yet represent acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that we have received the order. The decision as to whether to accept an order is at our absolute discretion. If we will not fulfill an order, we will inform you immediately.

1.4 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers who have reached the age of 18 and only in quantities customary in the trade.

2. Statutory cancellation policy
2.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Frollein Aggi Limited, German Frollein Retour, Seeadlerstieg 38, DE-22119 Hamburg, Germany) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email to team@ germanfrollein.com) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2.2 Consequences of revocation 
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of the insured return of the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 The prices stated at the time of the order apply. All prices quoted are subject to VAT.

3.2 The goods can be paid for using the payment methods suggested in the ordering process under the conditions specified there.

4. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

5. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty regulations apply.

6. Copyright and Trademarks
All content on the website, including text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sounds, illustrations and software, is owned by us or our content providers. This content is protected by copyright and other rights. Their use is only permitted with our express consent.

Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks used on the website are our trademarks. These may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the contractual relationship with you. The application of the UN sales law is excluded.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
Alternative dispute resolution according to Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
